Do you do repairs or recommend contractors?

No, at Florida Elite Home Services LLC, we are licensed and certified home inspection experts and we are not in the contracting or construction field. Our job is to identify any possible problems and give advice. 

 

Do you provide a warranty on your home inspections?

 

Yes. At Florida Elite Home Services LLC, We believe in and stand by our work and thats why we offer a free 90 day limited warranty with every full home inspection for new home buyers and a free 120 day limited warranty for sellers that have a full home inspection done before listing.
 

 

 

Can you provide images?

Yes, images are included in all home inspections at no additional cost.

 

Will we get a written report?

A comprehensive written inspection report can be mailed out within 24 hours upon the completion of the inspection by request, however a paper friendly PDF version of the report will be sent out generally the day the inspection is completed via email.

 

In the event I have concerns prior to closing, can I contact the inspector?

Yes. Your home inspector can be reached by phone between 8am and 6pm, 7 days a week.
